Mission

To empower individuals and organizations to create a vision of a more just nation and world and to develop and sustain within themselves the strength, hope, leadership, relationships and organizational integrity to bring about that vision.

Purpose

To promote the understanding of the necessity for organization. To prepare individuals and groups for becoming better organized, and to develop the body of knowledge and experience which can be a more effective bridge between the organizations and organizers of past generations and the organizations and organizers of the future. To develop ties and mutually beneficial relations among organizations and organizers in this nation with those from other nations.
